Building on the great success of its original Mimosa Orange Sparkling Spritzer 750ml, its biggest launch to date, Robertson Winery has unveiled two new variants…
So what is a mimosa? A mimosa cocktail consists of champagne or sparkling wine and chilled citrus juice, usually orange juice.
Robertson Winery’s original RTD version was launched in February this year – somehow DRINKStuff SA missed out on that news (?) – and now is joined by this new duo: Mimosa Berry Sparkling Spritzer and Non-Alcoholic Mimosa Orange Spritzer.
A berry beautiful twist
Not all Mimosas are created citrus, Robertson Winery has reimagined the classic with a bold new hue – inspired by the pink skies during sunrise and sunset in the scenic Robertson Valley, known as the valley of wine and roses.
The Pink Mimosa Sparkling blends the familiar fizz with luscious berry notes – because South African consumers are embracing pink with passion.
All the sparkle, none of the alcohol
This non-alcoholic version mirrors the taste and effervescence of the original Mimosa Orange, bringing the same lively citrus notes and refreshing sparkle to those who prefer a mindful alternative.
It’s zesty, bubbly, and easy to enjoy, ideal for staying refreshed with zero regrets.
Keeping the sparkle alive: The Mimosa range bottles are sealed with a ZORK closure, a resealable, reusable, and recyclable sparkling wine closure designed to keep the bubbles fresh and sparkling for longer.

FYI: Another name for a mimosa cocktail is a Buck’s Fizz. Both are cocktails made with a mixture of sparkling wine and orange juice, though historically the Buck’s Fizz had a higher proportion of sparkling wine to juice.
