The new Kerry office, located in the Illupeju district of Lagos, was officially inaugurated by Minister Joe Costello, Ireland’s Minister of State for Trade and Development.

Speaking at the Inauguration Ceremony, Scott Scharinger, President Kerry Ingredients & Flavours EMEA Developing Markets, said: “The establishment of a Commercial Office in Nigeria is an important step towards increasing Kerry’s service to our global and regional customers within this region.
“Following on from our key investments in South Africa in recent years, the establishment of this facility in Lagos further affirms our commitment to growth in Africa and in particular to the West African region.
“To meet customer requirements in this important developing region, our new Lagos facility will work closely with our Regional Development & Application Centre in South Africa and the Kerry Global Technology & Innovation Centre for EMEA markets which is currently under construction in Ireland.”
