The PepsiCo press release says Thévenin previously headed up PepsiCo France’s Food & Drinks divisions, as well as having responsibility for category management, communication and regulatory affairs. He had held these posts since the end of 2010. PepsiCo added Tropicana’s strategy in Europe to his remit in 2012.

“I’m thrilled at the confidence PepsiCo has shown in me and the opportunity I’ve been given to develop one of the group’s major brands,” he said.
